S’Mores Pops – {Tutorial}

So, this isn’t as much of a tutorial as it is just a walk-through of each step because S’More Pops are pretty self explanatory. Right?! Or, did I totally just describe what a tutorial is: A walk-through of each step,…. Hmm,… well, either way. I’ve got some pictures to show you, and sometimes, that’s all that’s necessary.

What you’ll need:

  • Melting Chocolate
  • Graham Crackers
  • Marshmallows
  • Pop Sticks
  • Decorative elements (ribbon, paper, etc.)
  •

    Step 1: Throw some graham crackers in a food processor and pulse a few times until you get a crumb consistency. You could also stick your crackers in a large zip-loc and pound the heck out of ‘em and you’ll get the same effect. That might even be more fun. ;)

    Step 2: Stick all your pop sticks in to your marshmallows. Go as far in to the marshmallow as you can with out poking through the top.

    Step 3: Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the bag.

    Step 4: Dip the marshmallows in to the chocolate, covering as much as you want. I left a little marshmallow peeking out the bottom. Then, gently tap the side of the bowl with the stick to help the excess chocolate drip off the marshmallow.

    Step 5: Dip the chocolate covered marshmallow in to the crushed graham crackers, coating as heavily as you wish.

    Step 6: Place in your pop stand to cool!

    I had a couple of other “pop” treats I was going to make for our school bake sale/carnival this weekend, I think I might have to add these to the list. A question for you though, where did you get that awesome pop stand? Did you make that?
